  • Earth

Pay attention to what you are touching, texture.


  • Wind

Breath in though nose 4 counts, hold for 2 counts, blow out through your mouth until shoulders drop- pay attention to body and how it feels


  • Water

Swish spit or water around in your mouth.

Activates para-sympathetic (voluntary nervous system).

De-Activates sympathetic I involuntary nervous system).


  • Fire/Flower

Imagine a ring of fire around you that protects you from anything that is upsetting – These stay outside of fire and you are peaceful and safe.
