Inhale 4 courts in through the nose, hold for 2 counts, blow out the mouth for 4 counts – Do 4 times.

Safe place / Calm place: Remember your word, and use it everyday to increase the window of tolerance.

You can have the person stomp their feet on the ground, or get up and walk around.

You should have cold water, ice cubes or a cold compass for the back of their neck. Ask if they can see your face or hear your voice. Having some type of mint candy will also help.
